Canada Gift Basket Shipping Info

We make every effort to ship orders the same day if the order is placed prior to 10:00 am EST. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping charges are per gift. Discounts for multiple gifts going to single locations may be possible. Call for details. Rates for Shipping and Handling may change without notice.

Orders are processed on a first come first served basis and require time for creation and processing.

Please note deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00-5:00pm weekdays by FedEx Canada and are not presently available on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

During the order process, the shipping options will be determined automatically by the destination postal code. It is very important that you enter the correct postal code to ensure the best delivery method possible.

Same Day Hand Delivery

Orders must be placed prior to 10am EST Monday - Friday due to the fact that the couriers pick up the daily shipments shortly after that. Recipients are called to ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery as couriers are scheduled specifically for your order.

Next Day Delivery Service

Orders within our extended local area will be delivered via next day courier service. Orders must be placed prior to 1:30pm EST Monday - Friday to be included in next day routes.

Additional delivery charges may be incurred if more than one delivery attempt is required, and cancellations due to undeliverable gifts will be subject to a 20% fee. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Shipping Nationwide across Canada

Standard delivery is through FedEx Ground Service. Ground Service delivery schedules are NOT time guaranteed by FedEx. Therefore, if a guaranteed delivery date IS required, we suggest choosing the Priority Overnight shipping option. The shipping schedules do not include the day the order is placed. Shipping to remote areas will take longer than to urban centres. FedEx Ground reserves the right to leave parcels without a signature for proof of delivery.  The parcel will be left without a signature if the driver deems the drop off location suitable.

Our shipping rates include base charges, fuel and residential surcharges. Occasionally, shipments may incur higher zone surcharges and we will notify you if this is the case with your order. If a parcel is lost or misdirected due to an incorrect recipient address, additional shipping charges will be applied to your balance. PLEASE NOTE-FedEx charges a $7.50 address correction fee for ANY errors in the provided address. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES CAREFULLY as these charges will be applied to your credit card when we are notified by FedEx.

Priority Overnight delivery is guaranteed by 5pm next day to most urban areas. Rural areas may still take 1-2 days for delivery even with Overnight service selected.

Clients are welcome to use their own contracted courier services. A $4.99 Handling Fee will be incurred in these cases to cover the cost of boxing and packing materials. Additionally, orders may be picked up from our facility at a pre-arranged time.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect address information. We must also follow the guidelines provided by our carriers and therefore are not responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God. Any claims for loss or damage will be filed with the carrier directly. We cannot be held responsible for shipments once they have left our premises. If a parcel has been deemed lost by one of our carriers, we will submit a claim with the carrier and will re-ship a replacement once the loss has been determined. Shipping refunds are not provided for Ground Delivery options.

If the incorrect shipping option is selected, your credit card will be charged for the amount that applies to the location your gift is being sent to. No action is required on your part.

Please be sure to provide the recipient's room number if the gift is being delivered to a hotel or hospital. Please consider sending the gift to the recipients's home to avoid delivery delays within the hospital/hotel. We strongly recommend sending gifts to a business address.

Cancellation due to an incorrect selected shipping option is NOT permitted. Orders cancelled after production, prior to dispatch will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If the order has already been sent out for delivery, no refund is permitted on delivery charges and the 20% cancellation fee will apply. Gifts are MADE to ORDER and are not pre-assembled.
